Used car spares can be a budget saver for consumers. The problem is that most dealerships shy away from these parts. The reasons for not using Saab spares can be legitimate or ridiculous, but for most occasions a used part can be just as dependable as the new one.

Seat spares and Skoda spares can be found in just about any local breaker. Some companies even specialize in brands or types of cars. When it comes to used car spares, like panels, bumpers, or other non mechanical parts, it seems ridiculous that the dealerships aren’t jumping on board.

As long as the new parts bring more profit to dealerships, it is unlikely that the Seat spares, Skoda spares, Saab spares, or any other spare for that matter, will become the excepted and expected parts for repairs.

Consumers need to educate themselves on the used car spares. Not only will the knowledge force dealers to look at their repair practices, but it will save the consumer money in the long run.
